Modern Capital Management Co. (MCMC) primarily provides ongoing asset management advice to institutional clients, including not-for-profit entities and registered investment companies. MCMC tailors its advice to each client's specific needs, risk tolerance, time horizon, liquidity needs, and tax situation, documented in an Investment Policy Statement or similar agreement. MCMC also serves as the Investment Advisor to The Modern Capital Tactical Income Fund.
Fee Structure
MCMC generally charges a yearly advisory fee between 0.25% - 2.00% of assets under management. This fee is negotiated for each client relationship based upon the complexity of the client’s situation. The fees are generally paid monthly or quarterly in advance and can be deducted from the client’s account or invoiced directly to the client.
