Summit House focuses on stressed, middle market credit, including syndicated credits with a tradeable market value between $100 million and $500 million. Investment terms, objectives, and strategies are governed by the terms of the private placement memorandum, limited partnership agreement, or investment management agreement.
Fee Structure
Summit House Capital Management manages investments for private funds and separately managed accounts. The fees for private funds are generally 1.5% of the capital commitment, paid quarterly in advance. The fees for separately managed accounts are individually negotiated and vary greatly.
