Investcorp Absolute Return Investments LLC provides investment management services to pooled investment vehicles (Funds) and separately managed accounts. The Firm offers fund-of-fund investment, multi-manager solutions, and systematic strategies. The firm manages all Funds in a manner consistent with their investment advisory agreements, operating agreements and offering documents, including any investment restrictions specified therein. The Firm manages its separately managed accounts in accordance with negotiated guidelines and restrictions regarding investments and other investment criteria.
Fee Structure
Investcorp Absolute Return Investments charges a management fee for multi-manager solutions of up to 2% per year of the value of your portfolio. They also charge a performance-based incentive fee of up to 20% of the net profits. For systematic strategies, the management fee is up to 1% per year of the value of your portfolio. There is no performance-based incentive fee for systematic strategies.
