Volt Investment Holdings is an investment management firm that provides advisory services on a discretionary basis to privately offered pooled investment vehicles, generally single-purpose investment vehicles. Volt invests in operating businesses through negotiated transactions. The firm provides advisory services solely to the Funds and not individually to investors in such Funds.
Fee Structure
Volt Investment Holdings charges an annual investment management fee that varies from 0-2% of invested capital or committed capital. Management fees are not charged on a mark-to-market basis. The management fee for the initial period is charged at initial closing and quarterly or semi-annually thereafter. Volt may also be paid a closing fee which varies by investment vehicle from 0-3% of capital contributed by members.
