Fee Structure
Seaside Equity manages private equity funds and receives a quarterly asset-based management fee calculated as a percentage of each investor’s capital account, typically 2%. The firm also receives 20% of realized profits subject to an 8% compound preferred return. The management fee may be reduced by a portion of transaction fees. Investors also bear certain expenses.
