TELEO Capital Management provides investment advisory services to private equity funds, investing in private companies primarily in North America. TELEO Capital's services are provided through affiliated general partners and managing members of the funds. Investors in these funds generally cannot obtain services tailored to their individual needs. TELEO Capital may invite certain investors or third parties to participate in investment opportunities.
Fee Structure
TELEO Capital manages investments for private investment funds. The annual management fee is initially 2.00% of the aggregate capital commitments of the fund's investors, paid quarterly in advance. After the commitment period, the fee is reduced to 2.00% of the aggregate capital contributions, less the cost basis of portfolio securities distributed or written off. TELEO Capital also receives carried interest distributions equal to 20.00% of all realized profits, subject to a potential clawback. For special purpose vehicles, TELEO Capital is entitled to a one-time advisory or transaction fee, and an annual monitoring or management fee.
