Aquatic Capital Management manages investments for private investment funds, employing quantitative investment and trading strategies. These strategies use mathematical, statistical, and machine-learning models to identify market patterns. Aquatic has the flexibility to employ a broad array of investment strategies on behalf of the Funds that Aquatic determines are consistent with the Funds’ investment objectives, and Aquatic is not limited in terms of the types of securities it may invest on behalf of the Funds.
Fee Structure
Aquatic Capital Management does not charge a standard asset-based management fee. Instead, each fund bears its share of the operating and overhead expenses incurred by Aquatic and its affiliates. Aquatic also receives a performance-based fee from each fund family.
