Silver Hill's team uses its energy management expertise and industry relationships to identify, analyze, and monitor investments. Silver Hill provides these services solely to its client funds, not to the individual investors in those funds.
Fee Structure
Silver Hill Energy Partners manages investments for its client funds and receives compensation through a management fee based on a percentage of committed capital, carried interest allocations, and expense reimbursements. The management fee is a fixed percentage of each investor's committed capital, paid quarterly in advance. The firm also receives a performance-based fee (carried interest) based on a percentage of distributions made to each investor.
