Fee Structure

For separately managed accounts and private funds, the standard fee is 2% of assets annually (charged 1/6 of 1% per month) plus an incentive fee equal to 20% of profits (payable quarterly).
For the Brandywine Collective Investment Trust, management fees range from 0.34% to 0.64% (annualized) depending on the underlying fund.
