Signal Peak Capital Management, a part of ORIX Advisers, manages investments in leveraged loans, corporate bonds, and other high-yield securities for institutional clients. They aim to generate returns through income and capital appreciation. Signal Peak tailors its services to the individual needs of its investor in the separately managed accounts, which it currently only manages for proprietary accounts of ORIX USA, its parent company. ORIX Advisers does not provide investment advisory services directly to investors in the Fund or Securitized Vehicles but does with respect to investors in the SMAs which are proprietary accounts of ORIX USA Group.
Fee Structure
ORIX Advisers manages investments for institutional clients through separately managed accounts and securitized vehicles. Fees consist of a management fee and performance-based compensation (carried interest). The management fee is calculated based on the value of managed assets, committed capital, or actively invested capital. Fees vary among clients and are set forth in each client's governing documents. ORIX Advisers may waive, reduce, or defer fees for certain investors, including employees and affiliates.
