Cartenna Capital LP manages assets for affiliated and unaffiliated pooled investment vehicles. Cartenna has the authority to make investment decisions for these clients. Investors in the funds cannot tailor Cartenna’s advisory services to their individual requirements. Cartenna does not participate in wrap fee programs.
Fee Structure
Cartenna Capital LP provides investment management services to pooled investment vehicles. Cartenna receives management and incentive fees from these clients. Management fees are calculated quarterly at an annual rate of 1.5% of each limited partner’s capital account. Cartenna may also receive an annual incentive fee of 20% of each limited partner’s share of net profits. Fees are negotiable and are typically billed to the client account and paid from the assets of such account.
