Nelson Capital Advisors' fees are negotiated annually and based on the total assets of the bank, as reported in the most recent quarter-end statement. Fees are billed monthly in arrears via invoice. The maximum annual fee is:

- $500 million - $1 billion: $55,000
- $1 billion - $1.5 billion: $70,000
- $1.5 billion - $2 billion: $85,000
- $2 billion or greater: Negotiable
