Wingspan provides investment advisory services on both a discretionary and non-discretionary basis to both private funds and separately managed accounts to high-net-worth individuals. Wingspan focuses on Underlying Mangers with investment strategies that include private niche investments, such as investments in railcar, inland marine, credit opportunities, digital infrastructure, specialty real estate, farmland, and intermodal.
Fee Structure
Wingspan Capital manages investments for private funds and separately managed accounts.
For private funds, the management fee is a percentage of assets under management, negotiated with each fund, generally ranging from 0.25% to 2%. In some cases, Wingspan may also receive an annual performance fee equal to a percentage of the fund's net profits, subject to a 5% hurdle rate.
For separately managed accounts, the advisory fee is calculated as a percentage of all allocations to underlying funds chosen by Wingspan, payable quarterly.
