Fee Structure
Audent charges an annual investment management fee based on the amount of assets managed. The fee varies depending on the investment strategy used, such as 0.80% for Carret Muni/Carret MO, Carret Opportunity/ Carret Opp, and Bond Enhancement/BE, and 1.4% for Concentrated Equity/ CE and Fallen Angels/ FA. The annual fee is prorated and charged quarterly, in advance, based on the market value of the assets being managed on the last day of the previous quarter.
