The firm allocates client assets based on their investment objectives, primarily using individual stocks, mutual funds, and exchange-traded funds. Quent Capital may also provide financial planning and consulting services, including estate and tax planning, through an affiliated entity, Gerstein Tax Services, LLC. Clients are not obligated to use affiliated services and can choose their own professionals.
Fee Structure
Quent Capital's annual investment management fee is negotiable and generally ranges from 0.50% to 1.00%. The fee is based on the value of the account on the last day of each calendar quarter and is billed in arrears. Fees are deducted from the client’s account when possible. The firm may reduce or waive its fee in its sole discretion.
