LaMarque Atlas manages investments for a private investment fund (the Partnership) and, on a case-by-case basis, for separately managed accounts. The firm invests in a wide range of public and private securities and assets, seeking long-term growth while minimizing the risk of permanent capital loss. LaMarque Atlas does not tailor investment advice to the individual needs of the investors in the Partnership, but does moderately tailor investment advice to the individual needs of separately managed account clients.
Fee Structure
LaMarque Atlas manages investments for a private investment fund (the Partnership) and separately managed accounts. The annual management fee is 2% of assets. In addition, the firm charges a performance-based fee based on the net appreciation of the account each year, typically 25% of the appreciation, subject to a high-water mark.
