Fee Structure
140 Summer Partners manages investments for pooled investment vehicles. Clients pay an investment management fee ranging from 1.00% to 1.75% per year, based on the value of the assets in the fund. The firm may waive this fee for certain investors, such as members, principals, employees, relatives, or large/strategic investors. In addition, an affiliate of the firm may receive annual performance-based compensation ranging from 10% to 20% of the net capital appreciation of the fund's assets, subject to a loss carryforward provision. This performance-based compensation may also be waived for certain investors.
