As investment manager, the Firm formulates investment programs, collects and evaluates economic and market information, and determines which securities to purchase, sell, or retain.
Fee Structure
Treville Funds pay Treville a fee for investment management services for each calendar month of between 1.0% and 2.0% per year of each underlying investor’s capital account, payable at the beginning of each calendar month subject to any capital contributions. The Crossbeam Funds pay Crossbeam a fee for investment management services for each calendar quarter of between 0% and 2.0% per year of each underlying investor’s capital account, payable at the beginning of each calendar quarter subject to any capital contributions.
