Carronade does not provide individualized advice to investors, so investors should consider whether the fund meets their investment objectives and risk tolerance prior to investing. Carronade may also provide advisory services to a separately managed account client and may enter into other managed account and consulting relationships in the future to advise on co-investment opportunities.
Fee Structure
Carronade Capital Management charges an annual asset-based investment management fee for its investment management services. The fee rate ranges from 1.00% to 1.50%. The firm may waive or modify the management fee for any investor. The fees charged to other clients have negotiated fee rates or different fee structures based on factors such as cumulative asset size and anticipated future assets, among others.
