RIM's affiliates service the loans, manage development activities, and assist in managing loan defaults or property foreclosures.
Fee Structure
Reef Investment Management (RIM) advises investment funds and is compensated through fixed fees or a percentage of the fund's assets. The fees range from $2,000 per year to $45,000 per quarter or 0.15% of the fund's assets. These fees are negotiated at the fund level, not for individual investors.
