Fee Structure
Left Lane Capital manages investments for private investment funds and receives a management fee for these services. The management fee is generally up to 2% of a limited partner's capital commitment for the first five years of the fund. After that, the fee is 2% of the limited partner's share of the fund's portfolio investments' acquisition cost. Some clients may pay no or a reduced management fee. The firm may also receive additional compensation for services performed for portfolio companies, which would offset the management fees.
