Fee Structure
Humphreys Capital manages investments for pooled investment vehicles. The firm charges management fees to each Fund for investment advisory services. For some Funds, the management fees are based on aggregate commitments until final closing and net capital contributions thereafter, payable quarterly in advance. For another Fund, Humphreys Capital receives a quarterly advisory fee of 0.65% of the Aggregate Net Asset Value. The firm also receives distributions and carried interest from the Funds.
