Fernbridge Capital Management provides investment management services to qualified investors through its private funds. Fernbridge does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of any particular investor. The firm manages private, pooled investment vehicles, the securities of which are offered through a private placement memorandum to accredited investors and qualified purchasers.
Fee Structure
Fernbridge Capital Management manages investments for private funds and charges a management fee ranging from 0.25% to 1.00% annually based on the gross asset value of each investor's capital account balances. The firm also charges an incentive fee equal to 20% or 30% of the outperformance, as detailed in the offering documents. Each investor is subject to the greater of the management fee or the incentive fee.
