Fee Structure
BDI Partners manages investments for private pooled investment vehicles. For BDIP Fund II, L.P. and FMIIP Fund I, L.P., the management fee is 2.0% per year of each investor's capital commitment, calculated quarterly in advance. For FMIIP Affiliates Fund I, L.P., BDI Partners may be paid a management fee, Breakup Fee, Transaction Fee, and Monitoring Fee. The General Partners may also receive a performance-based allocation of profits.
