Inclusive Capital manages investments for private investment funds and separate accounts. Here's how the fees work:
- Management Fee: The funds generally pay Inclusive Capital a quarterly management fee, in arrears, up to 1.50% per year of the investor's net asset value.
- Performance Allocation: Inclusive Capital or its affiliate is entitled to a performance allocation up to 20% of a fund's net capital appreciation that exceeds a hurdle (e.g. 6% per annum), subject to a net loss carryover.
For separate accounts, management and performance fees are negotiated with the client.
