Bergamot Asset Management provides investment advice to private investment funds, private equity funds, and separately managed accounts for institutional investors. Bergamot also provides investment advisory services to retail investors including wealth management on a discretionary and non-discretionary basis primarily through separately managed accounts. Bergamot does not tailor advisory services to the individual needs of its Clients.
Fee Structure
Bergamot Asset Management manages investments for pooled investment vehicles and separately managed accounts. Fees for separately managed accounts for retail investors range from 0.125% to 1% per year, and may be fixed or based on the value of the account. Fees may be paid monthly or quarterly in advance. Fees are negotiable.
