Fee Structure
Bastion Management II, LLC manages investments for pooled investment vehicles and a separately managed account. The fees for the Funds are detailed in each Fund's operating documents and are calculated as a percentage of assets under management, contributed capital, or net invested capital. Bastion also receives a performance-based fee from each Fund. For the separately managed account, Bastion receives an annual management fee of 1.5% of the account's net invested capital, paid quarterly. Bastion is also entitled to receive incentive compensation from the SMA.
