Fee Structure
Ghisallo manages investments for commingled funds. The annual management fee for the Master Fund is 2.0% of the net asset value, payable in advance each quarter. The management fee for the Credit Funds is 1.0% per year, also paid quarterly in advance. Certain affiliates may receive performance-based compensation equal to 20% of net capital appreciation for the Master Fund and 10% for the Credit Master Fund.
