Hiddenite Capital Partners provides investment management services to pooled investment vehicles. The firm invests primarily in equities and credit, using fundamental research and various strategies including fundamental value, buy and hold, short term trading, hedging, short selling, and options trading. Hiddenite Capital does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of its clients.
Fee Structure
Hiddenite Capital manages investments for pooled investment funds and receives an asset-based investment management fee of up to 1.5% per year. The fee is charged quarterly in advance. The firm may also receive performance-based compensation from the fund ranging from 12.5% to 17.5% of each investor’s share of net profits, subject to a loss carryforward provision. Fees are generally not negotiable, but may be waived or modified for certain investors.
