Gross Investments LLC (GIL) provides financial planning, consultation, and investment management services. GIL works with clients to determine their financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance. GIL may recommend the Market Guard investment platform. GIL is a fiduciary and puts client interests first. Investment adviser representatives are also independently licensed insurance agents.
Fee Structure
GIL's investment management fee goes up to 1.50% annually, and is negotiable. The fee is calculated based on the average daily balance of your account. If GIL recommends the Market Guard platform, the annual fee is 0.50% for the ETF program and 0.50% for the individual stock program. These Market Guard fees are in addition to GIL's annual negotiable investment management fee, which will not exceed 1% when using the Market Guard platform.
