Plexus Capital is an asset management firm that provides portfolio management to private pooled investment vehicles and small business investment companies (SBICs). Plexus Capital makes investment decisions for the private funds but does not tailor its investment advice to the needs of individual investors in those funds. Plexus Capital's investment advice is limited to privately-held businesses needing capital for growth. Investors are required to meet certain suitability requirements.
Fee Structure
Plexus Capital manages investments for private pooled investment vehicles. The fees are based on a percentage of the assets in the fund, and do not exceed 2% annually, generally payable quarterly in advance. The management fee is generally deducted directly from the Private Fund. The fee is based on capital committed during the investment period, and on invested capital after that period.
