Fee Structure

This fee is calculated monthly based on the fund's net asset value. Nordflint may also charge a performance-based fee of up to 10%-25% of the annual gross profits above a certain benchmark. Fees for private funds where Nordflint is the sub-advisor and for managed accounts are paid in advance and follow the same terms as the fees for private funds.
