Cannae's investment strategies and investments are not limited to those described in this brochure and may vary substantially. Cannae does not provide investment advice directly to individual investors in the funds.
Fee Structure
Cannae Portfolio Advisors provides investment advice to private investment funds, and receives compensation based on a percentage of assets managed and performance-based fees. The management fee for the sub-advised fund is negotiated annually and paid monthly in advance. Cannae also receives an annual performance fee based on net trading profits. For the Cannae Fund, compensation is based on a percentage of assets managed and performance-based allocation/fees based on capital appreciation or realized gains. The firm does not directly manage investments for individual investors.
