Fee Structure
Marlin Manager does not currently charge management fees to its clients. However, Marlin may receive a portion of the monthly fee of $1 per loan that each MSR purchaser receives. Marlin may also receive incentive compensation from future clients. Clients are responsible for their own legal, accounting, and operating expenses.
