Fee Structure
Columbia Cent CLO Advisers manages investments for pooled investment vehicles, including collateralized loan obligations (CLOs). As the collateral manager, Columbia Cent CLO Advisers receives a collateral management fee as set forth in the offering document for each vehicle. Senior collateral management fees are typically paid at an annual rate that ranges currently between 0.10% - 0.20% of the aggregate principal amount of the collateral assets; subordinated fees at an annual rate that ranges currently between 0.15% - 0.30% of the aggregate principal amount of the collateral assets; and performance fees, generally payable based upon the achievement of specified internal rates of return, at a percentage of the available excess residual cash flow.
