Fee Structure
Hunter Point Capital LP generally receives a management fee and a carried interest in connection with the provision of advisory services to its clients. The management fees are based on a percentage of either the capital commitments or a limited partner’s average invested capital. HPC also receives an incentive fee in connection with the provision of advisory services to separately managed accounts, representing a percentage of all realized profits subject to a preferred return.
