North Reef Capital Management provides investment advice to its own private investment funds and sub-advises managed accounts for other investment managers. North Reef does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of the underlying investors in the Funds. The firm's investment strategies are set forth in the offering documents provided to each investor.
Fee Structure
North Reef Capital Management charges fees based on a percentage of assets under management and/or performance for the Funds, and a percentage of assets under management/assets under management equivalent for the Sub-Advised Accounts. Management fees are typically paid quarterly in advance for the Funds and in arrears for Sub-Advised Accounts. The firm is also eligible to receive an annual performance allocation from the Funds. Fees are negotiated on a case-by-case basis with Primary Advisors for Sub-Advised Accounts.
