Recognize Partners provides investment advisory services to private investment funds, investing in operating entities, generally referred to as “portfolio companies.” Recognize identifies and evaluates investment opportunities, negotiates the terms of investments, manages and monitors investments and achieves dispositions for such investments. Although investments are made predominantly in non-public companies, investments in public companies are permitted.
