Guernica Capital monitors and reviews accounts on an ongoing basis.

All client fees are negotiable but will not exceed the fee table above. Guernica Capital may charge a minimum annual management fee of $1,000 that could effectively be higher than the fee that would be generated using our standard fee schedule above. If a minimum annual management fee is charged it will in no case exceed 2% of the assets under management.
