Lakemore US invests in credit instruments, including collateralized loan obligation (CLO) tranches and senior secured loans. Lakemore US aims to generate stable earnings through all market cycles in a defensive and disciplined manner. Lakemore US does not provide individual advice to fund investors.
Fee Structure
Lakemore US manages investments for pooled investment vehicles (funds) and charges a management fee of up to 1.5% annually based on the aggregate capital contributions made by investors in the funds. This fee is accrued and paid quarterly. Lakemore US may negotiate or waive fees for certain investors, including employees or affiliates. In addition to management fees, the funds incur other expenses related to their operations, which are passed on to investors pro rata.
