SC Management is an investment advisory firm that manages assets from growth equity investments and minority investments in connection with private equity transactions. They focus on consumer brands & services, entertainment & leisure, and technology & business service sectors. SC Management serves as an investment advisor to private equity pooled investment vehicles, called SC Funds. Investment advice is provided directly to each SC Fund and not individually to the investors.
Fee Structure
SC Management manages private equity pooled investment vehicles. They typically receive an annual investment management fee equal to a percentage (generally, 2% payable quarterly in advance) of the applicable SC Fund’s committed capital. However, certain SC Funds have paid fees ranging from 2% to 4%, and certain SC Funds do not currently pay management fees as determined by SC Management. LR Manager receives a fee of 2.5% of committed capital for the first four years of operations. SC Management generally charges performance-based compensation to Clients, typically equal to a percentage (generally, 20%) of all realized profits.
