Fee Structure
Baleen Capital Management manages investments for private investment funds and SPVs, charging an annual management fee of up to 2.0% of assets under management, payable quarterly. Baleen also receives a performance allocation equal to 20% of net profits from each investor in a Baleen Fund. Fees are deducted directly from client accounts. Baleen may waive or reduce fees for any client or fund investor.
