Prairie Capital Management Group offers asset consulting services, including creating investment policy statements, searching for managers or mutual funds, and monitoring performance. Prairie Capital also manages investments of limited partnerships using a multi-manager, multi-strategy approach, selecting independent investment advisory firms to manage separate asset classes. Prairie Capital does not directly invest client assets.
Fee Structure
Prairie Capital charges a percentage of the assets they manage. The fee varies based on the amount you invest:
- $0 to $10 million: 0.80% - 1.00%
- $10,000,001 to $25 million: 0.65% - 0.80%
- $25,000,001 to $50 million: 0.50% - 0.65%
- $50,000,001 to $100 million: 0.35% - 0.50%
- Over $100 million: 0.20% - 0.35%
A minimum annual fee of $30,000 generally applies. These fees are guidelines and are subject to negotiation. Prairie Capital also manages the portfolios of limited partnerships (Flint Hills Funds) which pay a performance-based fee, in addition to a management fee.
