EMA SMA offers ongoing portfolio management services tailored to each client's goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon. They create an Investment Policy Statement for each client. EMA SMA generally limits its investment advice to fixed income securities, equities, ETFs (including ETFs in the gold and precious metal sectors), treasury inflation protected/inflation linked bonds, commodities, non-U.S. securities and private placements, although EMA SMA primarily recommends precious metal equities. Clients give EMA SMA authority to make trades without asking first.
EMA SMA charges an annual fee based on the value of your portfolio, along with a performance fee. The annual fee ranges from 1.00% to 2.00% of the value of your portfolio. In addition, if your portfolio increases in value above a certain hurdle rate, you will pay 15.00% to 20.00% of that increase. This fee structure is only available to "qualified clients" who meet certain wealth or professional requirements.
