Fee Structure
QHP Capital manages investments for investment vehicles, not individual investors. The firm receives advisory fees and carried interest from these vehicles. Certain investors, such as employees and business associates, may not pay advisory fees. The precise amount and calculation of advisory fees are established by QHP and the general partner of the investment vehicle, and may be modified or reduced on a negotiated basis with select investors. Fees may differ from one investment vehicle to another, as well as among investors in the same vehicle.
