Attinger provides investment advice to privately offered investment funds and separate account clients. Services include investment sourcing, due diligence, asset allocation, portfolio design, investment monitoring, cash flow forecasting, and portfolio management. Attinger does not tailor the Attinger Funds to individual investor needs, but may create special purpose vehicles for individual investors.
Fee Structure
Attinger charges a management fee based on a percentage of the assets they manage. The fees are assessed and billed in advance each quarter, based on the assets in the client account on the last business day of the previous quarter. Attinger also receives fees for advice and services regarding asset allocation, portfolio rebalancing, and special situation investment opportunities. These advisory fees may be a periodic fixed fee or an alternative arrangement as set forth in the client's advisory agreement.
