Poseidon Investment Management manages private investment funds and an exchange traded fund. The fees for the private funds include a management fee, generally equal to 2% annually, calculated as a percentage of each investor's capital account, paid quarterly. Some investors may be charged up to 3% annually. The general partner is also entitled to receive an incentive allocation equal to up to 20% of the net income allocated to each investor for the year.
