Ancora also offers clients the option of obtaining certain financial solutions from unaffiliated third-party financial institutions through UPTIQ Treasury & Credit Solutions, LLC and insurance solutions from unaffiliated, third-party insurance brokers by introducing clients to our affiliate, Focus Risk Solutions, LLC.
Fee Structure
Ancora Alternatives LLC's management fees are based on the value of the assets managed. The fees can be a management fee, incentive fee, or both. The fees are negotiable in certain instances. Some clients may pay higher or lower fees than others. Fees are paid quarterly and progressive, unless otherwise described in the client agreement.
