Mane Global Capital Management manages investments for private, pooled investment vehicles offered to accredited investors and qualified purchasers, a fund-of-one for an institutional client, and internally-funded private fund structures. The firm's investment decisions are based on each client's investment objectives and guidelines. Mane Global does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of any particular investor.
Fee Structure
Mane Global Capital Management manages investments for pooled investment vehicles and a fund-of-one. The firm is paid an asset-based management fee by the Master Fund calculated based on the net asset value of the Long/Short Funds, ranging between 1.75% and 2.0% per year. The management fee is paid quarterly in advance. The Long Only Funds currently are not subject to a management fee. The Fund-of-One’s management fee is paid quarterly in advance.
