Invictus Growth Management provides investment advice to private fund vehicles. Investors in the fund typically pay a management fee calculated quarterly, which is generally 2% annually of the aggregate capital commitments. After the investment period, this fee may decrease to 1% annually. Invictus also earns carried interest, a performance-based allocation, generally ranging from 0% to 20% of the net appreciation in each investor’s capital account, subject to loss carryforward and preferred return. Fees and carried interest may be negotiable. SPVs may operate on a no management fee, no carry basis for Limited Partners of discretionary funds. Investors in SPVs who are not Limited Partners of discretionary funds pay fees ranging from 1% to 2% and carried interest ranging from 10% to 20%.
